Go to Settings → Reminder Time → Add Reminder. You can choose the time and days of the week for each reminder. Make sure notifications are enabled for MindLark in your device settings.
Yes. Go to Settings → HealthKit Sync and enable the toggle. MindLark saves your meditation sessions as Mindful Minutes in the Apple Health app. You can manage this permission anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Yes. MindLark uses iCloud to sync your meditation history and preferences across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings.
On the main screen, use the scroll wheel to pick any duration from 1 to 60 minutes. Your preferred length is saved automatically and synced across devices.
Yes. Go to Settings → Meditation Sounds and choose from Rain Forest, Ocean Waves, Forest Ambience, or Fireplace. You can also mute the sound during a session using the sound toggle button.
If you've meditated for more than 10 seconds, MindLark will ask if you want to save your progress before exiting. Sessions shorter than 10 seconds are not recorded.
Your meditation data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. To delete all data, delete the app from your device and remove MindLark data from iCloud in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage. To delete HealthKit data, go to Health → Browse → Mindful Minutes.
MindLark is available with no subscriptions required. All core features — timer, sounds, history, reminders, HealthKit and iCloud sync — are included.
